What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful process which helps you set off on a journey from where you are to where you want to be.

What is coaching not?

Coaching is not training. Coaching is not counselling/therapy. Coaching is not mentoring. Training is learning focused. Therapy is focused on healing woulds of the past. Mentoring provides advice and suggestions. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on personal and professional growth and the future. It is the act of partnering with a client in a thought-provoking and creative process.

How many sessions do I need to reach my goal?

It depends on many factors. However, for many people even a few sessions can result in deeper understanding of themselves and the problems they are facing, finding the answers they are looking for and introducing changes they need to reach their goals.

Do you work online or in person?

All sessions are delivered online, making it easy to join from anywhere.
